What is CustOS?

In short

CustOS is the custom operating system we build around your business. Your key data comes together in one place, and AI teammates work on top of it. We set it up in your own accounts, train your team and run it for a monthly fee. We quote the price after the assessment.

Why AI needs shared data

An AI tool only knows what it can see. If clients, ads and invoices sit in separate tools, you get generic answers. CustOS connects them, so the AI teammates work from your numbers.

Who it's for

Companies where client, advertising and financial data sits in several tools, and the leader can't see it all at once.

What's inside

We set up the parts that pay off for you. We decide that together in the assessment.

Operator

It reviews your data and flags missed follow-ups, quotes awaiting a reply and clients gone quiet. It writes the email, and you approve it.

Morning Brief

One screen each morning: what needs you, how much money came in, which client needs attention.

Client Hub

Emails and bookings land on the right client automatically, with a draft reply.

Lead Finder

Describe who you're looking for and get a cleaned, verified company list. The system flags who may be contacted by email.

Phone Assistant

It picks up when the team is busy, answers, and adds the appointment to the calendar.

Ads

Copy and images from your own data, with ad results in one place alongside revenue.

How is it different from a ChatGPT subscription or custom software?

ChatGPT sees what you paste into it. Custom software only does what you ordered. CustOS works from your business's own data, and we operate it.

What do I get from the free assessment?

We look at your processes and data, tell you where AI will pay off most, and what to start with. You also get the assessment in writing, even if you don't continue with us.

Where is our data stored?

In your own accounts. We only ask for the access we need, and before setup we write down what data is used, by whom and for what.

How long until it is up and running?

We give you the start date of the first part in writing after the assessment. The time for the full system depends on the size of the company.

Don't need the whole system?

Let's find the parts that matter most and build in just those, TODAY at half price. You get the assessment in writing.
