Terms and Conditions

1. The provider

The systemlab.hu website and the services available on it are provided by System Lab (Budapest, email: info@systemlab.hu, phone: +36 30 090 8934), hereinafter the Provider.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to the use of the website, the digital products offered in the Shop and the free assessment. The language of the contract is Hungarian; this English text is provided for convenience. CustOS, AI strategy and on-site AI training are covered by an individual contract, which may differ from these terms, and in that case the individual contract prevails.

A consumer is a person acting outside their profession, independent occupation or business activity. These terms do not limit the rights of consumers.

3. Products in the Shop

The Shop lists digital products: an e-book, a video series, a bundle of the two and a free self-assessment. The essential properties and price of each product are stated on its product page. A product marked "Coming soon" cannot be ordered yet: adding it to the cart is not an order and creates no payment obligation.

4. Formation of the contract

You place an order by pressing the button that involves an obligation to pay. The contract is formed by the Provider's confirmation email and counts as a contract concluded electronically. Before sending the order you can check and correct the items in the cart. The Provider stores the contract electronically and makes it available in the confirmation email.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in Hungarian forints and show the final amount payable. Payment is made through the payment provider named at the time of the order. The terms of any promotion are stated in the related offer. The Provider issues invoices electronically.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered after successful payment through a download or access link sent by email. The access period for the video series is stated on the product page. The free self-assessment is sent by email.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract. You can state your intention to withdraw in a clear declaration sent to info@systemlab.hu. If you withdraw, we refund the amount paid within 14 days at the latest, using the original payment method.

There is no right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a physical medium if performance has begun with your express prior consent and you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this consent separately when you order.

8. Warranty

Digital content must conform to the contract and the law, in particular Government Decree 373/2021 (VI. 30.). If a product is faulty or unavailable, write to info@systemlab.hu and we will fix or replace it. If that is not possible, you may request a price reduction or terminate the contract as the law provides.

9. Copyright and use

The products are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own purposes. Copying, passing on, publishing or selling the products or any part of them is prohibited without the Provider's prior written permission.

10. Results and liability

The products are educational. Presenting ways to make money is not a promise: the Provider does not guarantee any specific income, saving or business result, because that depends on your work and circumstances. Client results shown on the website are individual cases. AI tools can make mistakes, so always check their output. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability is limited to the contract price. This does not affect liability for breach of contract caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for harm to life, physical integrity or health.

11. Free assessment and business services

The free assessment is an online call with no obligation, and you also receive its result in writing. You can cancel the appointment using the link in the confirmation email. The fee, content, deadlines and terms of use for CustOS, AI strategy and on-site AI training are set out by the parties in a written offer or contract. CustOS is built on the Provider's base system, and rights relating to the software are defined in the individual contract.

12. Complaints and disputes

You can send complaints to info@systemlab.hu. We respond to written complaints within 30 days. As a consumer you may turn to the consumer protection authority of the government office for your place of residence, and to the conciliation board for your place of residence or stay.

13. Final provisions

The Provider may amend these terms, and amendments do not affect contracts already concluded. These terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code and Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce. The rules on data processing are set out in the privacy notice.
